a production team to produce a 30 min educational DVD

We need a camera crew to film approximately 60 minutes of lecture footage, an editor to edit the film to 30 min of actual length, and a team to do DVD compositing, transitions, combine still photos with live footage, title, motion graphics, and integrate soundtrack. We will provide the soundtrack and the still photos. The production team will work with our designer to have a clear idea of the message we would like to convey. We are wondering if we are better to pay all at once for the whole project or a salary fare. We can provide the high definition sony camera.
